What is ServeRemote?
ServeRemote is a network of missions-minded teams and individuals who collaborate in identifying digital opportunities and obstacles in the work of the Great Commission, often among the least-reached, and work together to expand access to the Gospel using existing and innovative digital solutions.
How can I volunteer?
Check out the volunteer opportunities and then fill out an application. We will contact you in a few days about your application.
Where is the application to volunteer?
Fill out this application and we’ll contact you in a few days about your application.
Can I choose the team I want to volunteer with?
If you already know of a team that is looking for a volunteer and want to work with them, let us know in the application. If you’ve already filled out an application, reply to any email we sent you and let us know what you’re thinking. Please note that some teams may not have a project at this time. You will be contacted when there is a project that suits your skills.
What kinds of projects do you have?
We have tech projects like websites, back-end programming, database, and app building. We also have graphics design, videographer, and creative art projects. Consultants are often needed in areas such as architecture, business, health, and accounting. There are online discipleship opportunities as well.
We have new opportunities and projects posted regularly, as we are informed of them. Check out the current opportunities.
How long does each project take?
Projects can be anywhere from consulting for an hour or two, to a couple hours a week every week. Each of the opportunities lists the time frame or ‘hoped-for’ outcome. Some projects can be divided among a few people.
My team can’t seem to reach me. What do I do?
Email us or use the contact form and we will help you get connected (or reconnected) with the team you are volunteering with.
Can I add a project to this site?
If you are a part of an international team that has a project that falls within our scope, email us or use the contact form to let us know. We would love to connect with you and see how we can work together.
